About this role

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Lead Software Engineer (Tech Lead) to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of this transformation. This role combines deep technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking. You will act as the primary technical reference for the team, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. You will directly manage, mentor, and scale a dedicated team of engineers ensuring the platform remains robust, secure, and highly scalable. You will work in a modern and cloud environment (.NET Core, React, PostGre SQL, Cloud), collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams across the organization.
