About this role
About Automotive Manage Automotive projects/products through the product life cycle to include: design, develop, cost, quote, on-time launch and post launch modifications. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Design new products and accessories for the OE automotive industry. • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. • Coordinate or supply technical drawings and 3 dimensional models of specialized parts, tooling, and assembly. • Fabricate prototypes of products in development. Mechanical skills using hand tools & some production machinery. • Produce technical drawings, assembly drawings, & bill of materials. • Solve problems with and provide technical advice to the production and quality control departments. • Assist in sourcing raw materials and components.…
