High School Degree or higher, College Graduate Preferred
Experience: Skills: Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Business Objects, data analysis, organizational skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork skills, ability to research/understand state websites.
JOB SUMMARY
Assist operations/compliance policy services team in supporting the business programs. This includes supporting timely Policy Issuance in the PolicyGo system of new and renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and audits. General support duties include Policy Systems Support, Claims support, and Premium Audit Support.…
