About this role
Cost Control & Analysis Monitor and analyze product, operational, and overhead costs across all branches. Develop and maintain standard costing models. Review and analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions. Track food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and waste percentages. Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and procedures. Inventory & Procurement Monitor inventory valuation and stock movements. Reconcile inventory discrepancies with Operations and Warehouse teams. Review supplier pricing and purchasing trends. Work closely with Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities. Support periodic inventory counts and stock audits. Financial Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly cost analysis reports. Develop dashboards and KPIs related to cost performance.…
