Assistant Customer Service Position Summary The Assistant Customer Service supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating with customers, stakeholders, operations teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, and timely shipment arrangements. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment and order status. Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities with operations teams. Process customer orders, delivery requests, and documentation in the system. Monitor inventory movement and assist in resolving stock discrepancies. Prepare and verify shipping documents, reports, and billing information. Liaise with transporters, forwarding agents, and internal departments for shipment arrangements.…
