New York, NY (Hybrid) Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Data Analyst supports Apple Bank’s Real Estate Valuation & Advisory Division (REVAD), Commercial Mortgage Division (CMD), and other internal stakeholders by delivering data-driven analysis of real estate, financial, and market information. This position develops actionable insights, prepares analytical reports, conducts market research, and leverages data and AI-enabled tools to support valuation, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, risk management, due diligence, and informed business decisions.
