Our client, a leading restaurant in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Commis 1 Butcher to join their kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and handling meat and fish products according to company standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and hygiene in the meat preparation area. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming deliveries of meat and fish for quality and quantity compliance. Prepare and cut meat and fish products following standard recipes and portion control guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of meat and fish preparation areas, including proper storage in refrigerators and freezers.
