Major Accountabilities: Address safety concerns related to the intended function of the product, including potential misuse, unintended operation, and environmental factors. Implement measures to enhance the safety of the intended function and minimize the risk of hazardous situations. Perform FMEA to systematically identify potential failure modes, their effects, and the likelihood of occurrence. Develop validation and verification plans to ensure that safety requirements are adequately verified and validated. Ensure compliance with relevant automotive safety standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, and other industry-specific safety standards. Ensure that safety requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and traceable to higher-level safety goals and objectives.…
