Director, Loan & Pool Accounting The Director, Loan & Pool Accounting is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of loan transaction activity in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This role ensures accurate accounting treatment, financial statement disclosures, and internal controls related to loan transactions and pooled loan assets. The Director is also responsible for ensuring customer payments are applied and transferred to the appropriate legal entities in compliance with servicing obligations on behalf of trust entities.…
