About this role

** Candidates located in Central Wisconsin will work a hybrid schedule, with a combination of onsite and remote work.** Essential Functions Partner with People Leaders on Human Resources strategies and initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience is achieved for their direct and indirect reports. Partner with business units to implement effective HR practices that will support value driven human capital management and the strategic growth of the business. In partnership with the Human Resources Leadership Team, administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, ancillary, and retirement plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquires, oversee open enrollment, and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.…
