About this role
Lead & Drive and coordinate the welding qualification and training monitoring in training school for Steam Turbine and Generator New Build components as well as for Services/Retrofit Projects. To ensure desired skilled force is deputed on production shop to execution fabrication related work. Understanding of Nuclear & Services Projects Customer Mindset and able to cascade the requirements within organization. Ensure all customer documentation are ready inline with Project Requirement for welder qualifications. Coach welders to enhance or acquire new welding skills & train new fresh batch of persons to convert to skilled & qualified welders. Monitor qualification period, welder continuity records & arrange for re-qualification as desired by codes & customer specifications.…
