Operations Coördinator (m/v/x) – NAVO (ref. 2272) Overzicht houden, teams laten draaien en kwaliteit bewaken — over meerdere locaties heen? Op de site van de NAVO runnen we verschillende foodservice-outlets die elke dag een internationaal publiek verwennen. Om alles vlot op elkaar af te stemmen, zoeken we een Operations Coördinator: dé schakel tussen de operationele teams en het management. Wat ga je doen? Als Operations Coördinator ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van meerdere outlets en zorg je voor een efficiënte coördinatie tussen de locaties. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, service, personeelsplanning en operationele processen, signaleert knelpunten proactief en helpt de verantwoordelijken hun doelstellingen te behalen.…
