About We are interviewing immediately for an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON)for a well-established, moderately-sized (Aprox 35 patients), long term care/post-acute care center in Northeastern, Oregon. Compensation is excellent and included salary, relocation/sign-on bonus, & employee stock ownership options. The facility fills a very important role in the community, and the staff is well seasoned.
