As the Director, Merchandising - Men’s Apparel, you define and lead the North American product assortment strategy for Men’s Apparel, translating global product vision into profitable, consumer-centric assortments across regional marketplaces. In this role, you own the regional assortment plans and business performance from a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) perspective and you ensure product line strategies are adopted and optimized across all channels.
