About this role

Role: The primary responsibilities of the position can be summarized as follows: Investment Analysis & Execution: Conduct detailed underwriting of potential acquisitions, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing using Excel or other tools. Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal review and investor committees. Support the due diligence process, including coordination with legal, tax, and operational teams to evaluate risks and opportunities. Contribute to debt sourcing process in coordination with lenders. Asset Management Oversee the implementation of refurbishment measures as established in the business plan, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
