Main Purpose of Job Leads a shift team within our biodiesel plant, to maximise plant targets ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance The Team Leader will work a 4 on, 6 off, 12 hour shift system which includes 2 days and 2 nights. What you will do? Monitors plant performance and communicates actions to shift personnel to ensure KPIs are met.…
