Job Summary The ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Administrator is responsible for database high availability access and database security to ensure the business continuity of all enterprise data. Individual ensures data remains consistent across the database and is clearly defined for users’ concurrent access, in a form that suits their needs, while ensuring that there is provision for data security, disaster recovery and business continuity. Incumbent interfaces with vendor representatives in order to resolve issues with the assigned database and will assist with database planning, development and troubleshooting.…
