About this role
SALARY: $16.52 - $20.67 Under general supervision, be responsible for assisting with various maintenance and repair tasks related to water infrastructure. Duties include assisting with meter replacements, pipe repairs, AMI system maintenance, flow tests, leak investigations, and fire hydrant replacements. The technician will also assist with in-place meter maintenance and basic service repairs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assists with all steps and processes in replacing water equipment or conducting repairs, including but not limited to: Meters Pipes Automatic Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Operate a tremble unit to connect to command link.…
