Job Description: Senior Director, Global Service and Warranty Job Summary: The Senior Director, Global Service and Warranty plays a key role in the end-to-end post–sales customer experience, partnering with project management during project execution, with full ownership through the warranty period. This role leads a global, multi-disciplinary team across Commissioning, Warranty, Aftermarket, Field Operations, and Field Services to ensure consistent, quality solar-tracking projects for customers worldwide.
