About this role

The Sales Enablement Associate is a key member of the Sales Enablement Team within Distribution, supporting the firm’s institutional, broker-dealer, financial advisor, defined contribution and retail channels. The Associate will support the administration, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce, Snowflake and related data platforms, helping ensure the Distribution organization operates with trusted data, efficient processes and scalable technology. This individual will partner across Distribution and Technology to translate business needs into effective solutions, strengthen data quality and governance, and identify opportunities to apply emerging AI capabilities to improve sales productivity and the user experience.…
