Section 1: Position Summary The Business Development Consultant (BDC) is responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with financial professionals—including advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners—within an assigned territory. Working in close partnership with an external Regional Vice President (RVP), this role supports and advances sales efforts by driving day-to-day territory execution, deepening partner engagement, and identifying opportunities to grow business with both new and existing relationships.
