Introduction to the job Own end-to-end site UIR execution, ensuring safe, predictable, and high-quality delivery aligned with customer and business targets. Role and responsibilities A. Site Operation Ownership Own full site UIR operations (Install / Upgrade / Relocation) Deliver against Safety, Quality, Cost, Cycle Time, and Predictability targets Act as the UIR representative for the site , accountable for execution results B.
