Job Summary The PE 2 (FLS) is responsible for providing first-line troubleshooting support to ensure uninterrupted production output. This role uses hands-on troubleshooting with structured problem-solving methodologies to address complex technical challenges, escalates issues when necessary, and drives continuous improvement through documentation, analysis, and collaboration. The PE 2 also supports tooling and product SPC (Statistical Process Control), manages disturbance notifications, and works closely with quality teams to maintain and improve material review processes, ensuring optimal product flow and minimal disruptions.
