About this role

Takes the lead in development of more complex parts of modules AND/OR drives and owns a technically complex solution. Leads several technically complex (mono-disciplinary) designs OR a functional design, owning and delivering solutions with full technical ownership, taking industrialization into account. Works across multiple teams and collaborates with other trains. Can take lead in interfaces with suppliers, customers, other projects and other engineering disciplines in a less-defined environment (e.g. new supplier, NPI product). Participates in cross-sector teams to realize customer solutions (end-customer /sectors in Operations). Aligns on / thinks of solutions with counter parts from multiple adjacent groups.
