Introduction to the job The US Talent Acquisition Attraction & Engagement leader will lead the distributed Talent Engagement (TE)- Center of Excellence (CoE), acting as the local authority on Brand, Sourcing, and Talent Engagement. This role bridges global Talent Acquisition strategy and local market execution, translating US Head of HR, TA and global frameworks into market-relevant solutions and ensuring strong local talent pipelines, employer brand positioning, and candidate engagement strategies.
