Job Description: The Job/What You’ll Do: The Manager, Trade Operations is responsible for timely and accurate Trading for a growing $160B+ wealth platform delivering asset management excellence. This role is accountable for executing the trading strategy, strengthening operational controls, and reducing risk while coaching, developing, and empowering a team of traders. The Trade Operations Manager will drive process improvements, support cross-functional initiatives, and enhance advisor and client outcomes through strong leadership, collaboration, and performance management.
