About this role
Purpose: The Product Configuration Assistant will assist in the development and maintenance of the insurance rating, system control, financial mapping and reporting support tables on the GLoW Admin Business system. The position helps configure products, identifies and documents all unexpected results and works with other team members to propose solutions to management. The Product Configuration Assistant will assist in the review of current business processes to determine if they are effective and efficient in supporting business objectives.
