Program Manager Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and technical expertise in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).
