About this role
A Day in the Life of the Construction Coordinator: Performs pre-construction field inspection to ensure completion of make-ready and existing aerial facilities owned by various power, telephone and CATV companies. Responsible for working with and managing contractors, preparing detailed work prints, writing Job Cost estimates, and creating a bill of materials (BOM) for aerial and underground projects. Performs field review of upcoming projects to ensure accuracy and necessity of proposed field construction. Performs field inspections against invoices to ensure accuracy, ensure Astound specifications are met, and material usage is correct.
