About this role

Your mission This role supports one of our key clients, serving as the critical bridge between their internal business teams and their centralized Cloud & DevOps Services organization. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the primary liaison responsible for ensuring that all service requests are meticulously assessed, qualified, governed, and aligned with the client’s cloud platforms, packaged services, and organizational standards before they enter the delivery pipeline. You will be instrumental in guiding the client teams through their cloud adoption journey by identifying the most appropriate service offerings, conducting comprehensive technical and cost assessments, evaluating operational maturity, and ensuring readiness for successful onboarding and delivery.…
