Typical Accountabilities: Leads and develops the sales and marketing teams including but not limited to performance management, talent management and career development Leads activities across brands, including the definition, design, execution and measurement of all marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on the brands’ objectives Responsible for sales execution within geography Responsible for budgetary compliance Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field. 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in rare diseases, oncology, specialty care, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or promotional activities.
