About the Role We are seeking a visionary Practice Leader to head our Cloud & Hybrid IT practice and lead our transformation into an AI-first services organization . This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the strategic direction of cloud and hybrid IT offerings, embedding AI across the entire services lifecycle, and building the capability and credibility needed to make us the partner of choice for enterprise clients navigating their cloud and AI journeys. The successful candidate will own the practice's P&L levers — offerings, solutions, capability, and revenue contribution — and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Alliances, and Marketing to scale the practice profitably.…
