What You'll Do You'll lead a team of Learning Experience Designers who create engaging learning experiences that help employees build skills, improve performance, and grow their careers. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning designers, helping them grow their skills and deliver their best work. Set the vision and priorities for learning design projects that support business goals and employee performance. Guide the creation of learning experiences across multiple formats, including digital learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support.
