About this role

Summary of Responsibilities: At ATC, we power possibilities. Every transmission line, substation expansion, renewable energy connection, and grid modernization project begins with securing the right property rights, partnerships, and stakeholder alignment. That is where our Real Estate team comes in. We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Manager Real Estate to lead a talented team responsible for acquiring, managing, and protecting the real estate and right-of-way assets that support ATC's mission. In this role, you'll help shape the future of energy infrastructure while leading a team that works at the intersection of property rights, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and strategic business initiatives.
