About this role
The Residential Treatment Supervisor for Hope House on Crotona Park (HHCP) is responsible for the direct supervision and support of floor counselors and for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented residential services to justice-involved individuals living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and charged with felony-level crimes. The Residential Supervisor reports directly to the Program Director and plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, therapeutic and structured residential environment consistent with the modified therapeutic community model of Hope House.…
