About this role

In Ihrer Rolle als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Zerspanung/CNC-Frästechnik sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Frästeilen, Pflege, Wartung und vorbeugende Instandhaltung der Maschine verantwortlich. Ihre Verantwortung Herstellung von Frästeilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan, Erfassen von Bearbeitungs- und Rüstzeit, Download der Fertigungsprogramme, sowie Sichtung von Spannskizzen am I-PC Einrichten und Spannen der Fertigungsteile Erstellen oder anpassen von Programmen im Rahmen Werkstattprogrammierung (5 Achsen) Werkzeugvoreinstellung mittels Voreinstellgerät UNO 20/40 Allgemeine Pflege des Werkzeugmagazins und Standardwerkzeugbelegung, Werkzeugkorrekturen Sicherer Umgang mit Steuerung und Bedienung der Fräsmaschine Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle (gem.…
