A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Senior Cost Accountant at MKS you will work cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and other groups to enhance costing activities at our Romania site, while also providing support to other locations.. In this role, you will report to the Senior Cost Accounting Manager. You Will Make an Impact By: Lead and participate in month-end close activities and variance analysis, including monthly Purchase Price Variance analysis and related capitalization and amortization entries for multiple factories. Prepare and publish weekly and monthly operations reports covering inventory, labor hours earned, and various manufacturing costs (e.g., scrap, manufacturing variances, warranty).
