Position Summary Baristas are the face of our cafe operation. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is a multitasking team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and handle cash/digital transactions efficiently using the POS system.
