REPORTS TO: Care and Protection Supervisor SUPERVISES: N/A AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Care and Protection (C&P) Team Member for Naval/Commercial Ships under construction at Austal USA. Performs C&P activities including but not limited to making physical rounds of the ship(s), modules, and warehouses. Constructing and/or modifying covers, applying protective coverings, installing pipe / flange covers, etc. Relies on established procedures, instructions and guidelines to perform the functions of the job Team Member may also be required to assist with preventative maintenance of equipment under instruction. QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: Must be able to read and understand manufacturers’ tech manuals in the event special care of equipment is required.…
