About This Position Job Description: Crime Intelligence Analyst Senior Purpose: Under general supervision and with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgement, this position is responsible for performing advanced crime and intelligence analysis work for the purpose of reporting and presenting crime information, statistical trends, and criminal intelligence in support of the Austin Police Department.
