Lead the kitchen at one of Perth’s iconic riverside venues! Located on the banks of the Swan River in Applecross, Raffles Hotel is a Perth icon with a reputation for great food, lively service and an unbeatable waterfront setting. We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team and help drive the day-to-day operation of this busy venue. Raffles delivers a diverse food offering, combining modern pub classics with Italian influence, premium cuts from the charcoal oven, house-made pizzas and a strong functions and events operation.
