DEINE AUFGABEN Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Gewährleistungs- und Garantieanträgen Erstellung, Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung von Garantie- und Kulanzabrechnungen Kommunikation mit Herstellern, Werkstätten und internen Fachbereichen Überwachung von Fristen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Herstellervorgaben Pflege von Daten und Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen DEIN PROFIL Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Automobilbereich Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Gewährleistung, Garantieabwicklung oder Service von Vorteil Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein Über…
