Du berätst die Kunden beim Neukauf eines BMW und kennst Dich wie kein anderer mit den Modellen aus; mit der Motorisierung, der Innenausstattung, den Lacken und und und. Ein Interessent kommt ins Autohaus, Du als Produkt-Experte nimmst ihn in Empfang und schaffst erst mal eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Du zeigst die Modelle, beantwortest Fragen und hörst heraus (soweit möglich), welches Modell passen könnte. Vielleicht macht ihr eine Probefahrt. Ist die Entscheidung gefallen, konfiguriert der Verkäufer gemeinsam mit dem Kunden das Auto. Und dann: Ist irgendwann das neue Auto da und der Kunde holt es ab.…
