The Entry Level/Express Automotive Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability. Our Entry Level Technicians earn $21+ per hour that is based on experience, trainings, and certifications and are eligible for longevity and additional bonuses based on productivity, proficiency and overrides.
