About this role

The Experienced Automotive/ Reconditioning Service Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability. The compensation range for this position is $21.50 to $31+ per flat rate hour that is based on experience, trainings and certifications. It also has a bonus component on longevity, proficiency and overrides.
