The Experienced Automotive Service Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability. Our flat rate technicians earn $40-$53+ per hour that is based on experience, trainings, and certifications and are eligible for longevity and additional bonuses based on productivity, proficiency and overrides.
