About this role

The Service Drive Glass Associate is responsible for identifying windshield repair and glass replacement opportunities for customers visiting the dealership service drive. This role focuses on delivering a consultative sales experience, educating customers on the benefits of windshield repair, and maximizing glass service revenue through honest, customer-first interactions. Job Responsibilities: Greet customers in the service drive and conduct windshield/glass inspections on incoming vehicles.
