About this role

The Manager, Transformation Analytics sits at the analytical core of AutoNation's transformation agenda: an enterprise-wide effort to modernize how a leading American automotive retailer sells, serves, and operates, with significant P&L impact at scale. The analysis you build will shape strategic decisions made at the Executive Committee and senior leadership level. This is a unique position for an ambitious analytical talent. As a member of the transformation office, you will support the business cases, modeling, and analytical problem solving behind CEO-level initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing and Operations to build the analysis and sharpen the rationale behind each recommendation.…
