About this role

Avaap is seeking a Workday Student Data Conversion Consultant . This client-facing consulting role is responsible for leading and executing data conversion activities for Workday Student implementations, helping colleges and universities successfully migrate legacy student data into Workday. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in data conversion strategy, higher education business processes, and Workday Student implementations. This individual will partner closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality data migrations that support successful project outcomes.
