About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of existing mid‑sized enterprise customers. Your focus will be on supporting renewals, identifying relevant upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative, customer‑focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a defined portfolio of existing mid‑market accounts across the Netherlands and Belgium.
Support revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell of AvePoint’s SaaS solutions, aligned to customer needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close, working in partnership with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
